elephantea is sourced exclusively from the Bogawantalawa Tea Estate in the world-renowned Golden Valley of Sri Lanka. Surrounded by mist shrouded mountains and ultra-rich soil, elephantea is grown at elevations ranging from 4500-6000 feet above sea level within perfect micro climate conditions to produce the perfect tea.
Each leaf is inspected for optimum color and gently-hand picked to maintain the distinct characteristics of its pristine “Single Estate” origin. elephantea maintains the highest USDA and EU standards including, Certified Organic, Certified Kosher, Certified Halal, Fair Trade Certified and designated carbon-neutral in its processing.
